📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records related to global freight operations.
• Develop and implement audit procedures and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our freight operations.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior auditors to build a strong and capable audit team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, with a focus on global freight operations or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving audit objectives and driving operational improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey audit findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
