Health Senior Officer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of health referral and case management systems to ensure timely and appropriate care for children and families.
• Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and international organizations to design and deliver health programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform program improvements.
• Build the capacity of local health workers and communities through training and mentoring programs.
• Ensure compliance with national and international health standards and guidelines.
• Represent Save the Children in health sector forums and conferences to advocate for child health and rights.
• Manage a team of health officers and support staff, providing guidance and oversight.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure resources and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health program management, preferably in a developing country context.
• Strong knowledge of health systems, health referral protocols, and case management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing health programs with a focus on children and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with health information systems (HIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar.
