📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops to foster a strong sense of community.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to align HR initiatives with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or employee engagement is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
