📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage marketplace orders on Shopee and Tokopedia, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle packing and labeling of orders, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proficient in using Shopee Seller Center and Tokopedia Seller Center.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
