📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing financial advice to support business operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices, implementing new processes to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Certification in CPA (Indonesia) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
