📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase branch revenue,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the head office,Coordinate with other branches to share best practices and resources,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Organize and participate in branch events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role,Proven track record in sales and marketing,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail or distribution industry is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
