📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the Section Head in managing and supervising team members.,Coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Supporting the Section Head in managing budgets and resources.,Assisting in the organization of team meetings and training sessions.,Providing administrative support to the Section Head.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
