📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.,Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive branch revenue and growth.,Monitor branch financial performance and ensure that all financial targets are met.,Provide leadership and support to branch staff, including training and development.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build the company's brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor branch financial performance and make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
