📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions including cash handling, bank deposits, and withdrawals,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the restaurant's accounting system,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure a positive dining experience,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash register and bank area,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment,Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed,Handle customer complaints and disputes in a professional and courteous manner,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or bank role in a restaurant or similar setting,Strong knowledge of accounting and financial transactions,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in accounting or finance is a plus
