📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the ship's crew.,Ensure the safety and security of the ship and its passengers.,Monitor and maintain the ship's navigation and communication systems.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Assist in the preparation of navigation and safety reports.,Handle crew discipline and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the planning and execution of ship operations.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain.,Valid maritime license and certification.,Proven experience in maritime operations and safety.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good knowledge of English and local language.,Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions.
