In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activities, and providing support in the preparation of financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management of the company's financial transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial activities.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial records.
  • Maintain and update the company's accounting records and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and other financial documents.
  • Provide support in the preparation of the company's budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of the company's annual financial statements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
