Cafe Indra Digital is looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in managing our inventory, procurement, and logistics operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for improving processes, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Supply Chain Manager in managing inventory levels and ensuring that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.,Assist in the procurement process by researching suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing orders.,Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and generate reports as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.,Participate in continuous improvement activities to identify and implement process improvements.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
