📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices and employee satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
