In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development of training programs for employees,Support the management team in strategic HR planning,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
