📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-office tasks effectively.
