📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Provide feedback and support to trainees,Collaborate with the training and development team to improve training programs,Participate in team meetings and training planning sessions,Maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress,Promote a positive and inclusive training environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Flexible and adaptable to different training scenarios,Passionate about continuous learning and development
