You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, as well as providing training and support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to IT infrastructure and systems,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs,Lead a team of IT support staff and provide guidance and mentorship

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,5+ years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Leadership and team management experience
