Berkah Krisna Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of mechanics and support staff.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the service center's budget and resources.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and optimizing operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
