PT Hijau Kencana is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure technical accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers in the team.,Work closely with the product management team to understand product requirements and features.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
