📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Assist in patient education and support, helping them understand their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.,Provide emotional support to patients and their families, offering empathy and understanding during challenging times.,Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
