📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Restock shelves and merchandise as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Assist with inventory management and reporting,Promote products and special offers to customers,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with basic inventory management software,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Fluent in Indonesian language
