In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the laboratory reagents and instrument industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present product and service offerings to clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our offerings remain competitive.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Assist in the development and execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the laboratory reagents and instrument industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
