📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role in the aviation industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing customer relations and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with customer relations management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
