📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Screen and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
