📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls.,Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.,Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk management policies and procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging risks.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on risk management practices.,Ensure the bank's risk management framework aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the banking and financial services industry.,In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and standards such as Basel III, IFRS, and Shariah principles.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of risk management software and tools is a plus.,Certifications in risk management or finance are a plus.
