📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed estimates and production details for windows and doors projects.,Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all estimates and production details.,Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and production detailers.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Maintain and update company databases and software for accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in windows and doors estimation and production detailing.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and industry standards.,Proficient in using estimation and production detailing software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
