This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, leadership skills, and the MR.DIY culture. As a Supervisor Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced supervisors and contribute to our retail operations in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing retail operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Learn and implement retail best practices and MR.DIY's operational standards.,Support the supervisor in training and developing retail staff.,Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in retail operations meetings and provide input on operational improvements.,Learn about MR.DIY's products, services, and brand values.,Contribute to the development of retail strategies and plans.,Assist in the implementation of retail promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Passionate about retail and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
