The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety and security procedures in a warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
