📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Process payroll using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Philippines
• Handle leave management and attendance tracking
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
• Assist in recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in a multinational company
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Philippines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
