📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of multiple F&B outlets in Bali.
- Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Implement and refine operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using operational management software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
