📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site medical support during events, including medical assessments and first aid administration.
• Collaborate with event organizers and medical teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Manage emergency situations and coordinate with local healthcare providers as needed.
• Document medical incidents and maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining medical equipment and supplies for events.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on medical protocols and event procedures.
• Promote a positive and professional image of the medical team to attendees and event staff.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event medical services or similar roles.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
