📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop lithium-ion battery systems for various applications, including electric vehicles, energy storage, and renewable energy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize battery performance, safety, and lifespan.
• Conduct research and development to improve battery technology and performance.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure battery reliability and safety.
• Work with MATLAB, SolidWorks, and ANSYS to simulate and analyze battery systems.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in battery technology.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and patents related to battery technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in lithium-ion battery engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery chemistry, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) and thermal management systems.
• Experience with battery testing and validation protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
