📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and manage performance management systems using SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools.
• Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze labor market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
• Provide HR consulting and advisory services to business units on talent management issues.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and compensation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
